Description of Service

Daily Roman delivers AI-generated historical facts about ancient Rome. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for educational and entertainment purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Content in Daily Roman is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for historical accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, anachronisms, or errors. We encourage you to verify surprising claims with primary historical sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.

Subscriptions and Payments

• ●Daily Roman offers a free trial and paid subscription plans
• ●Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• ●Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• ●Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• ●You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ●Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• ●Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• ●Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• ●Redistribute or republish generated content for commercial purposes without attribution

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and branding are owned by Alex Mazza. Historical images sourced from Wikimedia Commons are used under their respective licenses. AI-generated text content is provided for your personal use.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
